What is RD Vastgoed's revenue model?

We pass on our mediation costs to the buyer's side. This way we are able to offer our service completely free of charge to you.

Who makes the purchase agreement?

It is legal to draft your own purchase agreement. Don't know how to draft a purchase agreement? We will be happy to help you with that.

Who arranges viewings of the property?

In our network, it is not unusual for the house to be sold without a viewing. This is because our partners are used to acting quickly. If viewings do need to be scheduled, we will arrange them. It is then up to you to do this alone or with an expert from RD Vastgoed.

What official documents do I need to provide for the sale?

There are a number of official documents required when selling your home. In no exceptional cases without divorce or death, these documents are required:
- Copy identification of all owners of the property.
- Deed of Transfer.
- WOZ Decision and other municipal assessments.
- Energy Performance Certificate.
- Documents from the Owners' Association.
- Completed VvE questionnaire.
- Documents from the VvE (when your apartment belongs to it)
- Completed list of movable property.
- Subdivision deed

Who determines the delivery date?

You have the power of attorney to determine this at all times. In most cases this is done in consultation with the buyer. In our experience this is never a stumbling block. Our partners are flexible and a solution is always found if necessary.
