De afgelopen 10 jaar heb ik als Executive Assistant en HR-professional binnen diverse sectoren gewerkt, zowel commercieel als non-profit. Deze brede ervaring stelt mij in staat om moeiteloos te bewegen tussen verschillende organisatiestructuren en bedrijfsculturen. Ik weet snel te schakelen, behoud het overzicht en denk altijd een stap vooruit – ook in dynamische of veeleisende situaties. Dankzij mijn werk als vrijwilliger bij de Dierenambulance Amsterdam heb ik bovendien geleerd om onder druk te presteren en tegelijkertijd rust en empathie te bewaren, ook wanneer de omstandigheden onverwacht of emotioneel geladen zijn. Die combinatie van daadkracht en betrokkenheid neem ik in al mijn werk mee.
