RD Vastgoed was founded with the goal of making the process of selling real estate more transparent, straightforward, and free of brokerage fees. We believe that in today's highly competitive property market, property owners should not have to pay commission when selling their real estate.

Driven by this philosophy, we have grown over the years into an experienced team of real estate professionals. By combining market expertise, a personal approach, and an extensive network, we help property owners and investors achieve their real estate goals efficiently and successfully.

RD Vastgoed specializes in the acquisition and sale of real estate. We purchase properties both for our own portfolio and on behalf of established investment partners. This enables us to act quickly and complete transactions efficiently, with greater certainty for all parties involved. In addition, we can market properties directly through our extensive network, often eliminating the need for public listings or real estate agent commissions for the seller.

For specialized financial, tax, and strategic advice, we work closely with the consultants at RD Consultancy.

They support our acquisition and sales activities by managing client relationships, conducting property valuations, and providing strategic advice. This close collaboration helps us maintain the high standards of service our clients expect, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency, transparency, and professionalism.

While the real estate market is filled with traditional real estate agents, RD Vastgoed operates according to a different model. Rather than publicly listing properties on platforms such as Funda, we focus on off-market real estate transactions. This means that properties are offered exclusively within our network of investors, allowing for a more discreet, efficient, and targeted sales process.

RD Vastgoed was founded by entrepreneurs with a strong passion for real estate and entrepreneurship. Over the years, we have built a network of more than 8,000 active investors across the Netherlands and have assisted professional investors with a wide range of real estate transactions. To date, we have successfully facilitated transactions with a combined value exceeding €373 million, reflecting our extensive experience, market knowledge, and strong network within the Dutch real estate sector.
