De afgelopen vijf jaar heb ik binnen de consultancy organisaties in verschillende sectoren ondersteund bij strategische en organisatorische vraagstukken. Daarbij hielp ik hen richting te bepalen, strategieën te vertalen naar concrete uitvoering en meetbare resultaten te realiseren. Mijn kracht ligt in het overzien van het grotere geheel, met oog voor de details en voortgang die tijdens de uitvoering het verschil maken.

Binnen RD Vastgoed werk ik als Business Manager op het snijvlak van strategie en uitvoering. Ik ondersteun de eigenaren en de organisatie bij het realiseren van doelstellingen, strategische projecten, businessdevelopment en vastgoed- en investeringsvraagstukken. Over verschillende onderwerpen en afdelingen heen draag ik bij aan groei en aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van de organisatie.

In mijn werk combineer ik een kritische blik en analytische scherpte met resultaatgerichtheid en een rustige, praktische manier van samenwerken. Ik breng structuur aan in complexe vraagstukken, verbind mensen en onderwerpen en help plannen om te zetten in concrete resultaten.
